Crab and Lobster

Crab sushi, known as kani sushi, is a great starting point for anyone new to sushi. We offer a variety of crab products to suit your tastes. Imitation crab meat (kani kama) is typically used in a variety sushi rolls, including the ever-popular California roll. Soft shell crabs are perfect for deep frying to make crab sushi rolls at home, such as a spider roll. We also offer crab claws and our fully cooked and pasteurized Baja rock crab meat, which works for crab sushi as well as other applications such as dips, pastas and sandwiches. For a more decadent treat, use lobster meat in place of crab meat.
