Bourbon Barrel Kentuckyaki Sauce
Produced in small batches by Bourbon Barrel Foods in Louisville, this all natural "Kentucky-styled" teriyaki gets its extra fun and flair from a bit of Kentucky Bourbon. It’s also sweetened with Kentucky-grown sorghum syrup, and seasoned with fresh ginger and garlic. Use as a marinade for heartier fish like salmon, swordfish and yellowtail, as well as meat and poultry. Works great on vegetables, too. Kick up your favorite stir fry recipe!
