Handy’s Crab Cake Combo originates from fresh, wild-caught blue crabs (Portunus pelagicus). Crabs are steamed live, and black light inspected for a virtually shell-free product. Crabmeat is sealed and pasteurized to retain freshness and will keep unopened in the refrigerator for up to 12 months. Once opened it will keep for several days. Product of Indonesia.
