Peeled and deveined for your convenience, these wild-caught Mexican shrimp are perfect for adding to pastas, salads, soups and more!
Shrimp are sustainably harvested by fishermen on small fishing boats known as pangas. They are then offloaded, blast frozen, processed and shipped within hours of harvest to maintain peak freshness.
Panga fishermen fish with an artisanal technique that uses wind and tide to drift a highly selective net called suripera. This technique has the lowest bycatch and fuel consumption per pound in the world. A product of Del Pacifico Wild Caught Seafoods, this shrimp meets rigorous Fair Trade USA standards in production and trade, including the protection of fundamental human rights and responsible use of the natural environment.
41-50 pieces of shrimp per 1 pound box.
Cinematography by Sam Wells for Chef’s Roll.
